Custom Survey System Improves Franchise’s Product Offerings

Like their name implies, Red Rocket Web Specialists focuses on all facets of web design. Sometimes their clients need some heavy-duty programming and application development. In this case, a client needed to rebuild a custom survey system from scratch to serve as a platform for their franchise of business consultants.

The survey system gives consultants the ability to create, manage, and automate specific assessments to companies and their staff–the core deliverable of their service. It creates unique PDF’s on the fly in addition to JPG charts based on dynamic information that is then interpreted by the consultants.

Due to the sensitive nature of the information being collected, the system requires user permissions. Additionally, we designed the system to gather responses confidentially so that survey takers would feel comfortable giving honest feedback.

Being a geek, I was happiest about how the database design, background calculations, and notifications turned out. Of course, I’m also happy that it made Red Rocket look good and that their client was well pleased.
